Oak Cap Ventures LLC (“OCV”) provides private equity investment, development and asset management services within the commercial real estate sector. OCV is an entrepreneurial privately held partner lead organization headquartered in the San Francisco Bay area with satellite offices in Phoenix and Orlando.

OCV acquires well located net leased retail and industrial assets and grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping centers across the United States. OCV’s investment strategy is grounded in real estate fundamentals and unit-level economics. We combine the innovation and versatility of a boutique firm with the stringent discipline and risk management of an institutional investment company.

Key principals have been actively involved in over $10bn of net leased investment transactions and have completed over 250 development projects over their combined +65 year careers.
